Endometriosis

Stomach Ache

The Endometriosis Support group was designed for those living with the challenges of endometriosis, who feel alone as a result, and need a safe place to share their story with those who understand. The endometriosis support group offers the opportunity to safely talk about your personal experiences and exchange coping strategies with peers who are also trying to manage their symptoms and stressors. When emailing inquiry, ask about the pending virtual CBT for Pain classes co-facilitated by a Master Level and Board- Certified Mental Health Nurse.

Driving Anxiety
Support Group

This Driving Anxiety Support group was designed for those struggling with driving anxiety. This group offers the opportunity to talk about specific driving fears. Education is provided to manage anxious and avoidant symptoms, challenge negative thoughts, and peer support to get back on the “road” to recovery. Groups are currently offered for adults only. Feel free to share if you would like to be added to the teen group interest list.

Mental Strength

The Self-Esteem Support Group was designed to help build and reinforce your mentally strong mindset. The bimonthly support group offers the opportunity to collaboratively review self-improvement curriculum. Each group meeting reviews one    pre-selected mentally strong book chapter and/or podcast to thereafter discuss the takeaway lessons to be implemented in your daily life. Follow up groups provide opportunity for accountability with previous set goals. Current bibliotherapy reading is Amy Morin's, "13 Things Mentally Strong People Don't Do Workbook."
